Participants must be 17 – 24 and self-identify as having a common mental health problem, or suffer with social isolation. We take a broad definition of isolation to mean more than just lack of contact with others. We understand that some people can feel isolated even when they have daily contact with other people.

Based at the Praise Community Church, 3 Alexandra St, Kettering
- The foodbank helps those in food poverty, overcome a short-term crisis.
- We provide tinned and dried food sufficient for three days, together with bread, fresh fruit and vegetables when available.
- We try to sign post individuals to agencies that may be able to assist with any additional needs.
Eligibility
Every prospective client is interviewed to establish his or her situation and where possible supporting evidence maybe required. Many clients are referred by recognised agencies who are already helping individuals overcome their crisis. We aim to help wherever possible, however we do limit parcels to three in any six-month period.

Mayday Trust (Personal Transitions Service)
At Mayday, we are passionate about working with people going through tough times such as homelessness, leaving prison, care or coming out of psychiatric hospital. We provide direct support through our Asset Coaches.
- We don’t need to know all the issues – we focus on each person’s unique strengths, talents and abilities.
Within Northamptonshire we work with people aged 16 upwards who may be experiencing or at risk of homelessness. We also offer accommodation within Northamptonshire, please see our website or talk to a member of our Housing team for more details.

Green Patch (Kettering)
- The Green Patch site is run by a charity called Groundwork Northampton
- Short breaks service for disabled and special needs children between the ages of 5-17 years
- Offers an exciting and interactive experience making it a perfect place for children to relax, learn and have fun in a safe environment.
- Children and young people can expect to take part in activities such as feeding chickens and ducks, collecting eggs, growing vegetables, watering plants, art and crafts, nature hunts and lots more!

Saturday sessions – 9.30-12.30pm and 1.30- 4.30pm (£7 per session).

- Counselling & Support: Any issue including self harm, bereavement, stress and anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, eating disorders, depression, drugs & alcohol, sexual health, relationships, etc
- Nurse Service: On-going & emergency contraceptive pill, consultations for implant/LARCs etc, well-mens health check, STD checks
- Sexual Health Service: Condoms, c-card, STD screening, pregnancy testing, lube, sexual health and relationships information and support
- LGBTQ Services: Youth support groups, Helpline, Educational/fun activities
- School Based Services: 1:1 counselling in schools and colleges as well as presentations and awareness talks in assemblies.

VOICE (Victim Support)
Free and confidential service for victims, witnesses or anyone affected by crime living in Northamptonshire including:
- Victims and witnesses (adults)
- Children and young people (specialist therapeutic services)
Individuals do not have to report the crime to receive support. Our support can be emotional or practical. It is available to anyone suffering from any type of crime (including domestic abuse, historical crimes, sexual violence), no matter when and where the crime took place. Support can be face-to-face or over the telephone.
Eligibility
Anyone living in Northamptonshire. Crime does not have to be reported.
